1. Introduction Welcome to the Consulteq Affiliate Program. By enrolling as an affiliate, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Enrollment and Acceptance To participate in the program, you must complete and submit the online application form. Acceptance into the program is at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

3. Affiliate Obligations

  • Promotion: Affiliates are required to promote Consulteq’s products and services using ethical and legal methods.
  • Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the UAE Federal Law No (24) of 2006 on Consumer Protection and any relevant guidelines issued by the governing laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Content: Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional content does not infringe on any third-party rights and is not misleading or deceptive.

4. Commission Structure

  • Rates: Affiliates will earn commissions based on the sales generated. The commission rates are detailed and transparent.
  • Payment: Commissions will be paid monthly, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold. Payments will be made via the affiliate’s chosen payment method.
  • Tracking: Sales are tracked using cookies, which have a 30-day duration. Consulteq is not responsible for any tracking failures that may result in lost commissions.

5. Termination

  • By Affiliate: Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written three day notice to Consulteq.
  • By Consulteq: Consulteq reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, including for any breach of these terms and conditions or engagement in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

  • License: Consulteq grants affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its trademarks and logos solely for the purpose of promoting Consulteq’s Solutions and Services.
  • Restrictions: Affiliates may not modify Consulteq’s trademarks or use them in any manner that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful to Consulteq’s brand.

7. Confidentiality Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information provided by Consulteq and not to disclose such information to any third party without Consulteq’s prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability Consulteq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate’s participation in the program, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

10. Amendments Consulteq reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
